All Protocols regarding threading, waxing, hygiene, customer service, and opening and closing of the shop, will be strictly adhered to by all staff in the store.
Servicing areas/products/rooms such as the counter, the brow and make-up stations, professional and retail products, waxing, and facial rooms should be cleaned up daily to avoid accumulated dust and dirt.

Then these tools should be put away in the brow station’s drawer ready for use for the next day. These tweezers and scissors also need to be wiped clean with an alcohol swab after each client for hygienic purposes.
Dirty Towels to be washed in a washing machine under hot water temperature. Then, be dried up completely by using a Clothes Dryer (if available) or with hot air before use.
For the Steam Machine, the distilled water needs to be replaced regularly.

Drinking bottles/food should be put away in the kitchen or fridge, and not in any servicing/display areas.
Any Electrical Wire should not be misplaced nor neglected and is to be fixed or tidied up to a secure path/area.
If there are any faulty items to be repaired such as fused light bulbs, broken chairs, leaky water taps etc. Ensure you make a list with relevant descriptions and then notify Management Team for reviews and further actions.
